HISTORY: 1989. 10. 28. FOUNDED BY REPARATION MONEY KWON IN-SUK RECEIVED FROM A GOVERNMENT, A VICTIM OF SEXUAL-TORTURE CASE IN BUCHON AND MONEY FROM AN EXHIBITION THAT A LAWYER JO YOUNG-LAE, WHO DEFENDED KWON IN-SUK AND OTHER IMPORTANT FIGURES PARTICIPATED IN.

1991. 6. 30 Human Rights Report first edition published
1991. 12. Park Seok-un manager resigned
1992. 5. 16 Human Rights Report second edition published
1992. 9. Kim Mun-Soo manager took office
1992. 10. Kim Chan Kuk director resigned, Hong Seon-woo took office
1993. 5. 1 Human Rights Report third edition published
1994. 4. 13 Kim Mun-Soo manager resigned
1994. 6 Human Rights Report fourth edition published
1994. 10. 28 Celebration of 5 years founded and director Park Hyung-kyu, manager No Byung-jik took office
1998. 6. 30 director No Byung-jik resigned, director Park Seok-un took office
1998. 7. 1 enrolled into 'Association for Migrant Worker Human Rights' organization
1999. 6. 30 office moved to Hangang-ro 1 street Yong-San Gu Seoul
2001. 9. 3 decided to work together with labor policy research center

 

WORK DETAILS

(1) Labor counselling and legal association works
     free counselling/legal counselling and free legal expert toward  unfair labor practice/dismissal/unfair punishment/delayed payment/collective agreement/rules of employment/industrial disaster/industrial disease

     Education for labor law knowledge in labor place

(3) Support labor union/advisory work
     Legal support/advise, labor union support/advise as every day work

     solidarity of people and all times, temporary solidarity work
